Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Fresno, CA)

Ironwood Mill Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Fresno focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for field visits. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
