Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Fort Worth, TX)

Amberfield Ember Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Fort Worth, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for customer complaints. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
