Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Fort Worth, TX)

Clearpath Quarry Care Services supports families and individuals in Fort Worth with personal care and coordination, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for family communication. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
