Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Fort Worth, TX)

Ironwood Stone Foods Group is a Fort Worth food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for ingredient orders. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
