Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (El Paso, TX)

Highbridge Mill Health is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for electronic records. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
