Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (El Paso, TX)

Foxglove Lantern Medical is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 75 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for clinical evaluations. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
