Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (El Paso, TX)

Amberfield Forge Energy is an energy provider in El Paso focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for outage response. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
