Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Forge Inspection Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 854 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for field inspections. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
