Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Silverline Willow Medical Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 444 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for training materials. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
