Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (El Paso, TX)

Summit Linden Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around El Paso. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 960 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for loan files. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
