Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (El Paso, TX)

Clearpath Sable Water Authority Partners is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for water quality, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 114 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for water quality. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
