Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Wilder Insurance Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for claims. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
