Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (El Paso, TX)

Rivermark Beacon Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from El Paso, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for account servicing. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
