What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for service alerts. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
