Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Detroit, MI)

Northwind Bridge Foods Group produces packaged foods at its Detroit plant. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for cold storage. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
