Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Detroit, MI)

Nova Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Detroit focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. We invest in training. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
