Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Willow Pharma and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 662 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for cleanroom operations. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
