Summit Stone Care Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 93 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for visit scheduling. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
