Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Detroit, MI)

Cedar Lakeside Health Group is a healthcare provider in Detroit with clinics and support teams, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 890 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for clinic supplies. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
