Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Detroit, MI)

Amberfield Mill Energy Group supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Detroit, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 212 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for outage response. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
