Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Detroit, MI)

Stonegate Ivory Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Detroit focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
