Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Des Moines, IA)

Rivermark Pike Insurance is an insurance company in Des Moines with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 457 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for customer complaints. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with underwriting files.
