Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Des Moines, IA)

Redstone Yarrow Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Des Moines. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 660 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for ingredient orders. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
