Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Des Moines, IA)

Bright Birch Energy Group delivers power and gas plans across the Des Moines region, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 593 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for hardship programmes. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
