Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Des Moines, IA)

Lumen Stone Telecom Group is a telecommunications provider in Des Moines focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for network equipment. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
