Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Des Moines, IA)

Rivermark Fox Construction is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 200 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
