Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Des Moines, IA)

Clearpath Iron Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Des Moines, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for quality documentation. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
