Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge River Insurance and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for premium billing. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
