Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Des Moines, IA)

Harborlight Granite Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Des Moines producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory filings. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
