Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Des Moines, IA)

Lumen Yarrow Inspection Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for certifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for certifications. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
