Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Denver, CO)

Stonegate Yarrow Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Denver serving households and small businesses, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 60 people based in Denver. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
