Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Denver, CO)

Ironwood Pine Financial is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for vendor spend, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Denver. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for vendor spend. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
