Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Wren Foods and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 185 people based in Denver. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for ingredient orders. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
