Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Denver, CO)

Ironwood Basin Banking Services is a regional lender in Denver with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
