Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Forge Telecom and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 947 people based in Denver. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for field visits. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
