Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Denver, CO)

Lumen Iron Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Denver region, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Denver. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for change orders. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
