Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Denver, CO)

Northwind Linden Civic Services works with county and city offices around Denver. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Denver. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
