Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Fox Pharma Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for quality documentation. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
