Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Birch Environmental Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for weigh tickets. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
