Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Dallas, TX)

Ironwood Birch Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Dallas, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for service connections. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
