Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Northwind Forge Banking Services Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 753 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
