Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Columbus, OH)

Harborlight Quarry Transit Planning is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for ridership counts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for ridership counts. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
