Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Silverline Rowan Civic Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for case files. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
