Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Rowan Banking Services Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
