Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Columbus, OH)

Fernwood River Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Columbus, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory reports. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with account servicing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
