Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Columbus, OH)

Harborlight North Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Columbus producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for batch records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
