Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Colorado Springs, CO)

Summit Fern Energy Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for outage response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for outage response. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
