Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Colorado Springs, CO)

Rivermark Sparrow Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Colorado Springs region, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for usage data. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
