Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Colorado Springs, CO)

Harborlight Ashton Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Colorado Springs focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for customer tickets. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
