Northwind Bridge Foods Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for ingredient orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for ingredient orders. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
